- Paid advertising (patient acquisition)
- Medical website design & online booking systems
- Patient CRM & marketing automation
- Reputation & reviews management
- Social media management
- Media production (video/photography)
- Marketing consultation & strategy
The exact scope of services is defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice agreed upon with the client.
3. Healthcare & Medical Marketing Clients
For clients in the dental and medical industries:
- The client remains solely responsible for the accuracy of all clinical, treatment, and medical claims used in marketing materials, and for compliance with applicable healthcare advertising regulations.
- HIPAA-compliant tracking and data-handling setups are provided as part of relevant service packages; a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) applies where Protected Health Information (PHI) may be involved.
- Marsad Group LTD is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical, clinical, or legal advice.
4. Service Execution
- Services are provided based on professional expertise and best practices.
- Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and external platforms.
- The client agrees to provide all required information, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines without liability on Marsad Group LTD.
5. Payments & Fees
- All fees are agreed upon in writing before service commencement.
- Payments are billed monthly, with no annual lock-in required.
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is billed separately from our management fee, directly to the relevant platform.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The client acknowledges that:
- Marketing results are influenced by external factors beyond full control.
- Marsad Group LTD does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, revenue, booked appointments, or performance outcomes.
Performance-based refunds are not applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials, strategies, content, and creatives remain the property of Marsad Group LTD unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.
- Unauthorized reuse, resale, or distribution of materials is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public or proprietary information exchanged during the course of service delivery, including patient-adjacent business data accessed while delivering services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marsad Group LTD’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Platform-related changes or algorithm updates
10. Termination
- Services are provided under a written agreement with monthly billing; no annual contract is required.
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
- Fees paid for started billing periods are non-refundable.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
